This ultra-creamy Whipped Feta Dip is the ultimate quick and easy Mediterranean appetizer. Made in just a few minutes, it's perfect for a summer barbecue, a casual party, or as the centrepiece of a fresh mezze platter paired with warm pita bread and fresh vegetables!
1CupGreek YogurtStart with 3/4 cup if you prefer a thicker dip, and add the remaining 1/4 cup to thin it out if needed.

1tspLemon Juice
1/2tbspLemon ZestPlus extra for garnish if desired.
1/4tspBlack PepperPlus more to taste
Instructions
1. Add the feta cheese, greek yogurt, garlic clove, fresh lemon zest and juice, olive oil, and pepper in the food processor.
2. Blend the ingredients for about 1-2 minutes until smooth, stopping halfway to scrape down the sides.
For extra creaminess add an additional tablespoon of greek yogurt.
3. Taste the whipped feta dip and adjust flavours as needed.
Extra lemon juice for brightness, olive oil for velvety texture.
